ACL is pleased to announce the 2022 cohorts of CDSME and Falls Prevention grantees. The project period for these grants is May 1, 2022– April 30, 2025.  The new CDSME grantees will reach an estimated 14,000 older adults and adults with disabilities through evidence-based CDSME and support programs. These grantees will help communities develop or expand, deliver, and sustain evidence-based CDSME and support programs for older adults and adults with disabilities, particularly those in underserved populations or geographic areas.
