The Coordinating Council on Access and Mobility (CCAM) is a federal interagency council that coordinates funding and provides expertise on human services transportation for people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals of low income.

ACL, in partnership with the CDC, is pleased to announce the selection of 58 organizations for participation in the Community Care Hub National Learning Community (NLC). The organizations, representing 32 states, will engage in one of two learning tracks to bring together organizations serving as Community Care Hubs that are either in development or interested in expansion.
