This question and answer webinar will feature representatives from NCQA and a network of Area Agencies on Aging that have adopted NCQA accreditation as part of their overall business contracting strategy. During the webinar, participants will learn about the NCQA LTSS accreditation requirements, process of obtaining accreditation, hear from AAAs in Alabama that are adopting the NCQA LTSS standards, and the role that the NCQA accreditation plays in their overall business contracting strategy with MCOs.
