Notes:
1/ Includes a transfer of ‐$2,549,334 to USDA in FY 2015 for commodities purchases. In FY 2016, the transfer amount is ‐$2,214,429.
2/ The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act transferred three programs from the Department of Education to ACL. Funding for these programs was appropriated to DEd in FY 2015 and transferred to ACL later in FY 2015 upon completion of a determination order by OMB.
3/ In FY 2015, $9.321 million was appropriated to HRSA. With the transfer of this program to ACL beginning in FY 2016, funds were appropriated directly to ACL.
4/ Reflects the reprogramming from State Councils to Projects of National Significance in FY 2015 of $250,000 to provide funds in PNS for T&TA back to the State Councils.
